If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Waja88 immediately via live chat support.
Waja88 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme for all Account Holders. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at account registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when we have reasonable grounds to verify your identity.

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During peak periods, this may extend to 72 hours. In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding Balance (including pending withdrawals) may be withheld pending the outcome of any applicable investigation.
